NCEL can customize and deliver leadership programs, workshops and institutes to meet your organizational needs. The Center also provides certificate programs in the areas of management and supervision, as well as mentoring and leadership development. We also provide a large volume of elective courses which can be tailored to meet the needs of the particular agency or organization receiving the training.
