C.R.E.W. training (Civility, Respect, and Engagement in the Workplace*)

The Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership is now offering C.R.E.W. training (Civility, Respect, and Engagement in the Workplace*) for good teams desiring to become great.

Best teams are highly engaged and have synergy; the team as a whole functions better than any one member.  This course is tailored for teams with healthy environments seeking to grow to be their best.  C.R.E.W. includes three one-day sessions to be taken over the course of six months with teamwork assignments between day-long courses specifically on civility, respect, and engagement.  Growing a highly productive and engaging team takes dedicated time and effort.  This course content is intended for teams routinely working together.

The number of participants may range from five to thirty-five.  *The name C.R.E.W. was adapted from the US Department of Veterans Affairs.  The curriculum of the course was developed by the NCEL team.
