Administrative Professionals Academy (APA)

The Administrative Professionals Academy (APA) is a 22-month Leadership Development Program within the University of Tennessee developed for administrative, or non-exempt, staff. The Academy provides exposure to the University and its leaders while enhancing partcipants’ understanding of University operations. This program also creates professional networking opportunities, offers leadership development training in relevant competency areas and helps equip participants for future career advancement within the University of Tennessee system.
