The NCEL Professional Excellence Series provides quarterly leadership development courses in Knoxville, Nashville, and Jackson. One day of training includes two courses (9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm).
Courses are provided from a library of thirty classes in a variety of Lominger Leadership competencies in three NCEL domains: self, relational, and organizational. The library includes courses for the individual contributors, to frontline supervisors, to middle managers, and to executives.
Courses will vary each quarter in each location. Each class costs $150. Two classes (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) costs $300; lunch is provided for those taking a full day of class. Registration closes 5 days before training.
